On this page you will learn basic information about multiplayer in Farming Simulator 22.
Farming Simulator 22 , as in previous versions, allows you to play multiplayer mode. Below are some important information about it:
- The game features a cross-platform system. This means that you can have the game on PC and play it with console players. It is possible to filter cross-platform servers and prohibit them from joining your session.
- The game will be available on Google Stadia - allow you to play even if you don't meet the minimum hardware requirements. It was announced that Google Stadia will also support the multiplayer mode.
- To create a server, you only need a console or a PC. If you are concerned about your internet connection, you can also rent a server through partners, for example Nitrado.
- The server can host 16 people (if it was created on the console -only 6).
- The progress of the network game is saved only on the server.
- To be able to play with others, you must have the same version of the game and the same DLC extensions.
- There are voice and text chat available - console users can't text, but are able to read messages.
- In a multiplayer mode, you can play in two ways: running your own farm independently of other players, or cooperate to expand shared one, sharing equipment and buildings.
